I was born in England but have lived in Switzerland for over 45 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I already enjoyed drawing and painting at school and passed my O-level art exam at the age of 15. A painting from that time submitted to the Royal Drawing Society was ‘Commended 1st Class’. I pursued a career in science and completed my studies with a doctorate in chemistry. Later I worked for many years as a research associate at the Maurice E. M\u00fcller Institute and C-CINA in the Biozentrum, University of Basel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
